Born in Enterprise, Alabama, Chalker began playing the lap steel guitar while still in his teens and made his professional debut in the nightclubs of Cincinnati, Ohio.

WebOct 27, 2006 · You can have a 400 play as quick and smooth as everything else if you adjust and lube it correctly. It's not rocket science. Two great *advantages* - 1) they have NO cabinet drop. None. 2) You can change copedents in minutes. One of the easiest things to do in the steel world. It's harder to *tune* most steels than change a 400 copedent.
