WebJul 11, 2011 · ok so I still have that stupid Dell Inspiron M501R Notebook, and instead of having to press the function key (FN) to use the functions keys (WiFi, screen select, battery info, brightness up/down, volume and media controls) you have to press FN to use the f1-f12 keys. Which if you ask me, is just a terrible design flaw.
