WebSo I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077 lately and I've noticed something that confused me. I play at 1440p, with high settings (and RT off). I'm running a 13700k with a RTX 4090. I noticed that my GPU is at around 90-99% use and sits comfortably at below 60 degrees while my CPU is only at about 2-3% usage but is at 60 degrees or higher.
